⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Feast Bistro 6 stars, I would! We started with the Curried Halibut Cake appetizer, which had the perfect amount of kick without overpowering the fresh flavor of the fish. The Roasted Beet Salad was cool, refreshing, and a perfect complement to the appetizer. For my main course, I had the Catch of the Day—Sea Bass—prepared with Thai-inspired flavors. It was outstanding. I never would have believed jasmine rice could be prepared in such a savory and flavorful way. Every bite was exceptional. My date ordered the Lobster and Grits and absolutely loved it. Our servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and offered robust wine pairing recommendations that complemented each course perfectly. We finished the evening with a delicious selection of desserts, which was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. We dined on the patio, and the atmosphere was absolutely delightful. From start to finish, every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. Without question, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Bozeman, and I can't wait to come back.

We had an absolutely five-star experience at Feast. From start to finish, everything we ordered was excellent and the service was fantastic. To start, we had the daily ceviche, which was a salmon ceviche with a bright citrus marinade, garnished with oranges and served alongside crispy wonton crackers. It was fresh, light, and a perfect way to kick off the meal. Next, we shared the hot crab dip, which was rich, warm, and packed with flavor. Served with grilled bread, it was the kind of dish you keep dipping back into because it’s just that good. For our main dish, we shared the Brown Butter Scallops — prosecco salt dusted scallops served with arugula pesto, herb mushrooms, and bacon & butternut squash arancini. The scallops themselves were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, but the real standout on the plate was the arancini. Crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling of bacon and butternut squash, it paired beautifully with the rest of the dish and completely stole the show. The entire meal was beautifully plated and thoughtfully prepared. The only small note is that the restaurant can get a bit loud when it’s full, which can make conversation with your dinner companion slightly harder. That said, the lively atmosphere shouldn’t stop you from enjoying a meal here. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience. If you go, do not skip the bacon and butternut squash arancini—it was the absolute star of the dish and truly sensational.

Feast Raw Bar & Bistro in Bozeman is a standout fine-dining spot that delivers on fresh seafood, creative dishes, and a polished yet welcoming vibe. The arancini (truffled spinach artichoke version with arugula pesto and hot honey) was terrific—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The halibut stood out as amazing, whether in cake form or as a special preparation; it was moist, well-seasoned, and elevated by thoughtful sides. The crab cakes were equally impressive, with generous lump crab and excellent execution. The atmosphere strikes a refined yet welcoming balance.

Always hard to imagine a really good oyster spot not by the ocean but WOW was this place was outstanding. Now that Bozeman has grown up, there is fresh everything flowing in daily. Hanger steaks, and pork chops were crazy good, and I think we had every appetizer on the menu…5⭐️ all day long. Staff was super friendly, definitely a place you want to hang out at
