I have to think that any negative review of Gravity Haus is predicated on either some really bad individual experience, or they're fake. This was absolutely my best ski vacation hotel experience! Amazing hot tub, sauna, the cold plunge was freaking amazing! They had compression leg sleeves, & massage guns available for use for recovery after a long ski day. The on-site bar and restaurant was so convenient, but also very tasty!
I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.
If I had one complaint, it would be that the floors are not the most soundproof. My last day of family had been placed into the room above me, and the kids were running around jumping like crazy people. Bad planning on the hotels part, next time put families on the first floor.
I will 100% be staying at any Gravity Haus that I can on a ski trip!
Fabulous!

The accomodations were wonderful and the location is perfect for exploring the downtown area. Looking forward to staying again when we're back!!
