POMPEY’S GRILL

Known by some as one of the finest steakhouses in Montana, Pompey’s Grill features a sophisticated setting and an enticing menu. Those seeking local fare will find Certified Angus Steaks, all hand-cut and fired hot on a wood smoke grill. The bar area in Pompey’s Grill is built from reclaimed timber salvaged from the Lucin Cutoff railroad trestle which once spanned the Great Salt Lake. Your taste buds will swoon over our signature in-house cocktails and generously-stocked bar. Along with well-known labels, we carry beers and liquors brewed and distilled by Montana purveyors. A warm, elegant atmosphere with copper and leather accents provide the perfect embellishments for a grand Montana dining experience.

SAC BAR

Our casual watering hole, the Sacajawea Bar, is the place to be. Located in the lower level of the Hotel, this is a spot for a great burger with the family or to catch a game. Lively conversation, a bar menu, and live music on weekends make our downstairs bar incredibly popular with locals and visitors alike. Outfitted with ranch brand art, gaming machines and a full bar, everyone will find a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

What a gem! The Sacajawea Hotel is a beautiful, historic property full of charm and character. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were—they were much larger than I expected. One thing I actually loved was that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. It gave me a good excuse to get a little extra exercise during my stay, which I appreciated! The restaurant was outstanding. Everything we tried was delicious, but the homemade desserts were absolutely incredible and not to be missed. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the customer service. From the moment we arrived, Stephanie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She added so many thoughtful touches throughout our stay, from her recommendations to arranging bike rides, making the experience feel personal and memorable. If you're looking for a unique Montana getaway with exceptional hospitality, wonderful food, and historic charm, the Sacajawea Hotel is an absolute must-stay. I can't wait to return!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff is absolutely incredible I've never had service like that from any hotel I've ever stayed at. Ariana was by far the best concierge:) there is. Fred at the front desk was so friendly and hospitable. The food is top notch. The town itself is beyond fantastic. The scenery is stunning. Thanks to everyone at the Sacajawea for an amazing week.

I had my wedding at The Sacajawea Hotel and it was the best day of my entire life. Arianna and her team helped my day go off without any problems. It was an actual dream working with her and her team! Absolutely recommend working with the Sacajawea for your big day. Our cottage was amazing and all our guests LOVED staying at the hotel. AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! Overall perfect stay and perfect day!

The Sacajawea is a beautiful historic building filled with charm. We loved the champagne and lavender towels upon arrival. The staff were incredibly friendly. I hope to come back in nicer weather so I can enjoy the big porch.

This is our second time staying in this historic hotel. That's what your getting , a beautiful old hotel. The staff was amazing. The main restaurant was closed on our particular date but, the pub was open. The BEST poutine highly recommend! As a native Montanan Im very proud this is such a great historical place as well as generally a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We will be back!
